Story: "A mischievous gondolier who lives life as a thief in Venice, Italy, learns about karma and compassion for others when a troublemaker cat takes something from him".

As director, I was responsible for:
-Creating the cohesive storyline
-Overseeing the process from pre production to final
-Overseeing and giving direction to 20 artists involved in the making, including: storyboard artists, animators, background artists, layout, music score, sound effect, video editing and special effects team

As visual director, I was in charge of:
-Developing the shape language of the environment
-Creating the color palette and color script
-Designing the buildings, canal and stylization of the short
-Combining character design with environment in a harmonious way
-Lighting final shots in After Effects
-Animating the emotional moments of the film for higher impact
-Supervised and painted all backgrounds in the film
